Definitions and Support Elements for Education Services

Registration and protection support
The expenses of the beneficiaries for the registration and protection of their trademarks abroad, for which they have a domestic trademark registration certificate, are supported at a rate of 60% and an annual maximum of 600,000 TL.

Support for market entry documents

 Beneficiaries' expenses related to documents, certificates or accreditations determined by the Ministry are supported at a rate of 60% and an annual maximum of 1,800,000 TL.

Agency commission support
Agency commission expenses of the beneficiaries related to bringing international students to our country are supported at a rate of 60% for a maximum of 5 years and an annual maximum of 2.400.000 TL.

Promotion delegation support
Beneficiaries' expenses related to promotional delegations are supported at a rate of 60% and a maximum of 900,000 TL per delegation.

Capacity building support for international student offices
The gross salaries of up to 5 staff employed by the beneficiaries in their international student offices at the same time are supported at a rate of 60% and a maximum of 15,000 TL per staff per month.

Academic employment support
The gross salaries of up to 5 foreign academics employed by the beneficiaries at the same time are supported at a rate of 60% and a maximum of 70,000 TL per academic per month.

International ranking support
The expenses of the beneficiaries for being included in the rankings made by international ranking organizations are supported at a rate of 60% and an annual maximum of 1.200.000 TL.

Support for membership to international organizations
Membership expenses of the beneficiaries for international organizations determined by the Ministry are supported at a rate of 60% and an annual maximum of 900,000 TL.

Advertising, promotion and marketing support
Expenses of the beneficiaries and cooperation organizations for advertising, promotion and marketing activities abroad are supported at the rate of 60% for a maximum of 5 years at an annual maximum of 4.800.000 TL for beneficiaries, and at the rate of 70% for cooperation organizations at an annual maximum of 6.000.000 TL.

Unit support
The gross rent and commission expenses, including taxes, duties and fees, of up to 25 units of the beneficiaries and cooperation organizations, as well as the certification expenses related to the opening or operation of the units, are supported at a rate of 60% for beneficiaries and a maximum of 900,000 TL per unit per year, and at a rate of 70% for cooperation organizations and a maximum of 1,800,000 TL per unit per year for a maximum of 5 years for each country.

International event participation support
Expenses related to the overseas events determined by the Ministry in which the beneficiaries and cooperation organizations participate individually or at national level; 60% for beneficiaries, 70% for cooperation organizations and a maximum of 180,000 TL per event, if the event is one of the prestigious events determined by the Ministry, it is supported at the same rates and a maximum of 600,000 TL per event.

National participation promotion support
The promotional expenses of cooperation organizations and national participation organizers for the national participation event determined by the Ministry are supported at a rate of 70% and a maximum of 1,400,000 TL per event.

Domestic event participation support
The expenses of the beneficiaries and cooperation organizations for their individual participation in domestic events determined by the Ministry are supported at a rate of 60% for beneficiaries, 70% for cooperation organizations and a maximum of 180,000 TL per event.

Product placement support
Product placement expenses related to feature films, documentaries, TV series, animated films and program formats and digital games screened abroad are supported for a maximum of 5 years at a rate of 60% and an annual maximum of 1.200.000 TL for beneficiaries and 70% and an annual maximum of 2.400.000 TL for cooperation organizations.

Report support
The sector or country in which the beneficiaries and cooperation organizations purchase in order to create market entry strategies and action plans for foreign markets

report expenses are supported at a rate of 60% for beneficiaries and a maximum of 1,200,000 TL per year, and at a rate of 70% for cooperation organizations and a maximum of 1,800,000 TL per year.

Support for sectoral procurement delegation and sectoral trade delegation programs
Expenses of the cooperation organizations regarding the sectoral trade delegation and sectoral procurement delegation program deemed appropriate by the Ministry are supported at a rate of 70% and a maximum of 1.200.000 TL per program.
