Applications That Are Not Finalized
Regarding support applications that were made before the date of publication of this decision and whose review was not concluded as of the date of publication of this decision, and activities that were carried out before the said date, for which preliminary approval was given or for which payment was made in whole or in part (the date of the payment document is before the date of publication of this decision or the said date). The legislation provisions repealed by Article 140 are applied to support applications. In addition, the applications in question will benefit from the favorable provisions of this decision, if any, without any offset.
